Dawgs & Divas Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dawgs & Divas. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

 

Local Delivery Policy

Order Processing Times:

 

 We currently have a bimonthly ordering system; 2nd and 4th Tuesday’s of the month. In order for you to receive your order by the following Thursday, we must receive the order no later than Tuesday at 12 am-midnight CST. If we receive an order after this time, we cannot guarantee that your order will be processed. Our delivery radius is 25 miles around Dawgs & Divas. Any purchases outside of our delivery area will not qualify for delivery. All orders are processed within 1 business day and will be sent out for delivery on Thursday and Friday, depending on the number of orders.  

Note: Due to the nature of our business, some of our items may be out of stock and/or back-ordered. If this is the case, you will receive a call from a representative to see if you would be willing to wait additional time in order to receive the item. If you prefer to not wait, you may choose to cancel your order and a refund will be issued to you immediately.

 

Eligible Items for Delivery:

 

All items listed on our online store can be ordered for delivery including but not limited to food bags, cans, treats, vitamins, hygiene products, toys, leashes, etc. 

Items excluded from delivery include: Frozen treats, food, or any other product that requires refrigeration. 

This may be subject to change at our discretion.

 

Shipping Rates:

 

All delivery orders will include a $4.99 flat delivery charge. Orders exceeding $75 will have their delivery fees waived. 

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

 

When your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. We do not offer tracking however, you can expect to receive your order on Thursday or Friday of the same week unless otherwise informed. If you are not home to receive your order, please provide drop-off instructions on where to leave your items during the checkout process online. You will be notified when your delivery has been completed. You can expect to receive your order between the delivery time window from 11am-6pm. It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that arrangements have been made to receive the order. If no one is present, or a drop off is not specified, your order will be left in a nearby location near your front entrance. Once your products have been delivered and an image of your order has been sent to you, Dawgs & Divas will consider your order received and delivered. Any missing items will fall to the responsibility of the customer. 

If access to your home, apartment, or building cannot be determined or if instructions on where to leave products are missing or unclear, a representative will contact you to reschedule delivery for the next available time.

 

Damages:

 

If any of your products are damaged and unusable, please contact us at dawgsndivas@gmail.com. You have 30 days to return your purchase to receive a full refund or exchange.

 

Exchanges:

 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days to receive an exchange. We recommend you bring the item(s) to the shop rather than shipping. Any shipping costs incurred is the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed. If a mistake was made on our end, we will fix the problem and bring you the correct item during our next shipping phase.

Delivery Returns Policy:

 

All delivered items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to receive a refund or exchange. All orders must be shipped or dropped off at our store in order to receive a refund. Return shipment cost will be at the customer's expense. If shipping product back, please contact the store first with your order number and which item you will be returning. Once we have received your item you will be issued a refund for that item(s). Please allow one week after receipt to process your return.
