Here you’ll find answers to our most commonly asked questions. 


Where do you deliver to? 

Currently, Dawgs & Divas is delivering to homes and businesses within a 25-mile radius of the shop. 


What is your delivery charge? 

The delivery fee is $4.99. The fee is waived if your pretax order $75 or more. 


When can I place an order for delivery? 

Orders will be processed on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month however, you can place an order at any time. All deliveries and in-store pick ups will be on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. 


Can I pick up my order rather than have it delivered to my home? 

Absolutely! You’ll receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up on Thursday afternoon. 


I want to Shop Local but I don’t see the brand of dog/cat food I usually buy on your website. Is it possible to add it to your website? 

We have access to hundreds of products! Just email and let us know the brand and name of the food you normally purchase. We’ll check our database and let you know when it can be added to the website. 


Are there any products excluded from home delivery? 

Yes. Any raw, frozen, refrigerated and otherwise perishable food and treat items, cannot be delivered. Please select “In-Store Pick Up” at checkout. 


How will I know my order was placed successfully? 

You will receive an email confirming your order. 


I’m very busy and sometimes forget to place orders. Do you do auto-ship?

YES! We do auto-ship! Select how frequently you need your pets food during checkout. We offer discounts for recurring purchases! 


I won’t be at home to receive my delivery in person. Can you still deliver to my home? 

If you are not home to receive your order, please provide drop-off instructions on where to leave your items during the checkout process online. (Such as, “place items behind the rose bush on the west side of the house”..or...” please leave items inside the blue tote on the front porch”). If no instructions are given, your order will be left inconspicuously near your front entrance and our delivery driver will take an image of where the items were dropped. You will then be notified that your delivery has been completed. Any missing items will then fall to the responsibility of the customer. 


What time should I expect the order to arrive at my home? 

Orders will be delivered between the hours of 11 am - 6 pm. At this time, we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery. 


What if something arrives damaged? 

Every order is inspected prior to leaving the shop. If you receive an item that is damaged and unusable, please contact us at received my order and just realized that I ordered the wrong item. 


Can I return it for exchange? 

You sure can! Items can be returned for store credit/exchange within 30 days of purchase. 


Do you pick up items that need to be returned? 

Not at this time. 


What if I’m not happy with an item I ordered? Can I return the product? 

Absolutely! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to the shop for exchange within 30 days.
